Unable to create a timesheet in Project Server and getting ERROR ON PAGE within Internet Explorer.

We have several users (but not ALL users) that are unable to create a new timesheet within Project Server 2007.  They receive the Yellow Triangle in the bottom left-hand side of Internet Explorer with the message ERROR ON PAGE when they attempt to do so.  I have seen 2 different details when clicking on this error as follows:

1) Line: 1936
Char: 4
Error: Library not registered.
Code: 0
URL: http://msappproject01/pwa/_layouts/pwa/timesheet/mytssummary.aspx

2) Line: 605
Char: 3
Error: 'g_oMainForm_name' is null or not an object
Code: 0
URL: http://msappproject01/pwa/_layouts/pwa/timesheet/mytssummary.aspx

If they try on a different machine where the user is not experiencing the issue it works.  Clearing the Internet Explorer cache is not working.  I have yet to find any commonality among those that are experiencing the issue.

Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Those URLs are local to our environment so they won't work.  I was just showing them as they were part of the details of the error message.

However, I have found a resolution for our issue.  We ran a Repair on Microsoft Office and that resolved the issue.  The thing that I found in common for all of these users is that they had previously had MS Project Professional 2007 installed and it was removed from their machines.  I'm not sure why but it seems as though a DLL became corrupt or something during this un-installation and after repairing Office it cleared up the corruption.
