When a particular user prints an email, the SUBJECT LINE is shown at the top of the page, followed by Sender,  Sent Date then Recipient.

How can i change this to the default settings, where the first field is the name of the user that printed, followed by FROM, SENT, TO etc

Thanks

Hi aneuman2930,

Have a look at Define Styles - there's a reset button in the dialog box
