When a particular user prints an email, the SUBJECT LINE is shown at the top of the page, followed by Sender, &nbsp;Sent Date then Recipient. <br />

How can i change this to the default settings, where the first field is the name of the user that printed, followed by FROM, SENT, TO etc<br />
