is this linux vps ??

if linux
then what top command show

whats the memory status of top command  ??can you show output ?? also this command

ps aux | awk '{print $4"\t"$11}' | sort | uniq -c | awk '{print $2" "$1" "$3}' | sort -nr

basicaly, if you are happy with memory you got, then VPS provider they should not stop your service, unless if there is any security issue like, your server has been compromised or anything

upgrade is upto client, they cant force you for the update
