Do all reports get these errors?

Do all users?

that is correct.  All reports and all users, even logged in to the server as an Administrator.

I did a restore back to last known good full system backup and restored only the BOE files along with inetpub.  This has fixed the problems.

All updates are installed manually by myself and this had not been done recently, but we did have an unhappy outside vendor that we just broke contract with last friday that illegally logged into the system yesterday around the same time we noticed that BOE stopped functioning.

Thanks for your help.

Next time make sure all access is turned off and trapped before terminating the contract.

I wish that was my decision.  I wasn't informed that we had severed the business relationship until yesterday after BOE was broken.

This is the reason that Policies and Procedures should be put in place and followed.  (this I am working on)

Thanks for your input. :o)
