Agent for Ms Sharepoint 2007 has not been succesfully registered
We are using Arcserve v12 SP1. Everyday job fails to backup one of hte sharepoint databases. the message from arcserve is:
Initialize SPSO12 Component failed! Please check setting of agent configuration
'Agent for Ms Sharepoint 2007 has not been succesfully registered'
Action:
Configure the backup/restore account credentials
I'm not familiar with arcserve
Can somebody guide as to how to register this agent?
The servers are all windows 2003 (source and destination)
I need to get this backup up and running
Help!!

Thanks for your help
I took a different approach though as I couldn't find any sql enterprise manager as you show above.
On the server to be backed up I opened the Arcserve backup agent admin, then in the combo box selected CA Arcserve backup agent for ms sharepoint 2007 and clicked on the configuration icon to its right.
This opened a window where you need to put a path for the default backup /restore dump location, path and credentials.
It seems this wasn't done before so I put a path to the backup server, and the credentials for the backup account we use and it came with the message saying the sharepoint agent is now succesfully registered.
I have the hunch that this has been solved now but I'll wait for tomorrow's backup to be certain.
Also, now if I go to the backup selection window in arcserve and click on the sharepoint agent/database i get a node tree underneath (farm components) which i didn't get before so I believe this is going to work.
I'll post the results tomorrow
Thanks again for your response, I apreciate it

It seems that somehow the permissions on that database are not correctly set, so the agent running the back-up doesnt have access (the account under the agent runs)
