Urgent!
Configuration - EBS: MGT, MSG and ISA. Exchange on the MSG, Edge transport on the ISA.
New users did not get email from outside (old ones did). This happened I think after applying exchange service pack to exchange server and Edge on ISA server. Error was "unknown user". Exported subscription from ISA, imported it to MSG and now I get "#554 5.4.4 SMTPSEND.DNS.MxLoopback; DNS records for this domain are configured in a loop ##", when sending email to ANY user. NO ONE can get emails from outside!!!!!
What did I do wrong??
Thanks,
M. Bodik

What do your DNS records look like for MX and for the host name that the MX record points to?

Here is a old, but still valid, KB on how to configure DNS for Exchange:

Thanks all,
Problem solved - I deleted the subscription from the Hub (Remove-EdgeSubscription), imported it again from the Edge Transport (New-EdgeSubscription), tested the synchronization (Test-EdgeSynchronization) and than when all looks fine I forced it to happen (Start-EdgeSynchronization).
All seems to work well.
