No longer getting Antigen updates, even after the MS hotfix was applied

Most my engine updates have not occured for several weeks, while using Antigen version 9.
I'm getting an event ID: 6014, source: get engine files, along with the following message:
The digital signature associated with the manifest file is either missing or invalid.  (0x800b0003) The form specified for the subject is not one supported or known by the specified trust provider.  Unable to setup a trust provider.
I've applied the recommended Microsoft hotfix KB930360, without luck.  Any suggestions?

I managed to fix this by toggling the update link to: http://forefrontdl.microsoft.com/antigen.  I got this hint through further research.
