Leopard server

Can someone tell me if it is any big deal to load Leopard server, and configure.
I have minimal experience with Mac but extensive years with pc's.  I have no trouble installing Windows server and configuring and seeting up active directory accounts.  I have a customer that has all mac networks and I support them.  We have had no issues with the macbooks or minimacs and the network, but they want to add the Leopard server software and I wanted some insight.

It is not a big deal but there is some planning you need to do.

Will this server be the only Sever on the network or are there other servers?

Will you be implementing Open Directory or Other services?

ASKER

It is hte only server and as I mentioned above I have never installed Mac server software.
So they do not need a domain or anythig like that, just share some data files.
I will have to backup the current data and load server, so can I upgrade or do I wipe and reload ?
Is there anything special about loading and configuring mac server or do you just install and setup accounts ?

I would also suggest you perform an archive and install of the server.
Thanks for the link.
