How can i solve the problem of a canon LBP3000 printer connected to a CNet cnp-102U print server.
In my office i have connected a canon laser jet (LBP3000) printer to a CNet (cnp-102U) print server. I have configured the print server using the configuration wizard. the print server detects the printer, and the printer driver also can be installed. I have checked the port also and it seems OK as mentioned in the print server manual. But when tried to print it says the print server is down.
