Hi,
My company bought over 1 HP MSA1000 from customer but we don't have the password to access the fabric switch web UI.
I use null modem cable from other product to access the switch via serial console but there is no output displayed. Any one of you guys know what type of serial cable i can use..?
I tried using Cisco console cable also can't.

thanks

There are 2 serial ports on a MSA1000 with integral switch, one in the front for the controller and one in the back for the Brocade switch. Get the wrong cable in the wrong console port and you get your symptom of no output or no keyboard input.

Pinout for Brocade at rear 2-2, 3-3, 5-5  *not 7-7*
