we are using canon cd-4050 pdsarchiver ( scanner ) - a4 size - from years  - having win nt workstation 4.0 OS and basic operating system settings and working fine from years.
right now problem is with page setup - it changes setup everytime we rebooted or changing the directory to store the scan.
before when it was working fine - whatever last settings were there - it keeps that as permenant setting and then we need to modify if we need some settings to be changed -
but now it keeps taking its own automatic page size and font size settings and we are not getting full image of scan after document scan
we tried everything possible but no luck - seems something very nominal setting change but we couldnt rectify - so if someone can any idea what to do ?
