Any suggestions on how to make  gridlines invisible in datagridview
+vb.net 2.0

Set the  CellborderStyle property of the grid to None

Here is how you set it programmatically...
 Private Sub Form1_Load(ByVal sender As System.Object, ByVal e As System.EventArgs) Handles MyBase.Load

        Me.DataGridView1.CellBorderStyle = DataGridViewCellBorderStyle.None
