I have used a command winword.exe/clearviews for Word 2003 that seemed to fix a lot of problems of this nature with word 2003. Does this command work with Word 2007 also. <br />

I looked at this again and there was a &quot;Hanging&quot; Indentation set as an option. I set this as default and this solved my problem.<br />

I have a user that works with Office 2007 and when she is creating a new email that is more than one line long the second and third lines become indented (tabbed). <br />

Can I disable this option through outlook itself or would I have to edit Word 2007 on her PC.<br />
<br />
How can I enable the ruler in outlook to adjust this if I can?<br />
