dxf file to opengl

1,is there any library in  c#.net to convert dxf file to opengl ... I am using Tao framework ..
2,I found a  library in c++ but it has source files  and the .mak file in the following link
http://www.bearcave.com/dxf/
How to open the .mak file and compile the library....

1) extract the zip to <any_folder>

2) open a visdual-studio-console (Start-Menu / Microsoft Visual Studio 200X / Visual Studio Tools / Visual Studio 2008 Command Shell)

    Command Shell -> or something similar, just have the german version here

3) move to <any_folder> in the command shell

4) execute the make-file:

    nmake DXF2GL.MAK

thats it ..
