I dont think its possible in CRM 4.0. The best advice i give is to make use to IFrames and related entities displayed for easy reference. Or the other way would be to make use of reports or drill down approach which would help them to make use of single window but more information available and could be made graphical too.

&nbsp; I agree with the above solution. we can do that for the custom pages deployed in the iis underneath isv folder or crm folder and view them using a reference in sitemap area. It might not possible for crm web pages.

The CRM application is written to open new windows. There may be ways to minimize the impact of this on your users but short of having Microsoft rewrite the page logic within CRM there is no easy fix.

Is it possible to open all the pages of the CRM in only one window?? &nbsp;it's tricky for users to have hundreds of windows opened, &nbsp;they confused them....<br />
I think the brwosing it's 'clear' hidden or closing windows when you open a new one.<br />
