We have a Citirx Farm of four - A user came up in safe mode and then shut down his PC completely and relogged back in.  He is still in safe mode.  How do I correct this?

This could be due to an attempted auto-save or file recovery or and non funtional add-in.

Word comes up in safe mode with an error in the event viewer.  This pertains to all four Citrix Servers in the Citrix Farm.
