why would WORD come up in safe mode in a Citrix environment?

We have a Citirx Farm of four - A user came up in safe mode and then shut down his PC completely and relogged back in.  He is still in safe mode.  How do I correct this?

This could be due to an attempted auto-save or file recovery or and non funtional add-in.

Word comes up in safe mode with an error in the event viewer.  This pertains to all four Citrix Servers in the Citrix Farm.

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Windows NT\Current Version\Terminal Server\Install\Software\Microsoft\Office\10.0\Outlook\Resiliency with the key TermSrvCopyKeyOnce with a value of 0x1 exists in the Registry on the Windows 2000 Terminal Server in one of the subkeys under Resiliency.

RESOLUTION
check this:

Deleting HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows NT\Current Version\Terminal Server\Install\Software\Microsoft\Office\10.0\Outlook\Resiliency resolves the problem.

It is Office 2003 and the error was:  Faulting application winword.exe, version 11.0.8169.0, stamp 465f2a40, faulting module winword.exe, version 11.0.8169.0, stamp 465f2a40, debug? 0, fault address 0x008dd0ac.
