Hi there - hope someone can shed some light on this. I've recently put a site live that using a query string for the online shop pages, eg. www.sitename/shop.php?CatName=Chairs. One customer has reported that on their machine these pages are returning the message 'Ad blocked by kpf'. Does anyone know why this would be? The page also uses a magic zoom javascript effect. I realise its probaly a local firewall issue, just wondered what might be triggering it and what I can advise the customer.
Thanks in advance.

Are you/they running Kerio Personal Firewall?
If so, then here's how to correct it:
Open the administration Panel, choose the Web tab, uncheck Block advertisements.
Or you can be selective and maybe add your site etc, as the info so all other ad blocking settings on the FW persist.

Hope this helps.
