I've been using Entourage for years and have had this problem off and on when using Exchange. It appears to be a common issue and there are a few workarounds but no definitive solution that I've been able to locate. Or, there's always a chance it's a single corrupt email causing the problem...I've seen this before as well. Check the thread below for a few workarounds.<br />

Somebody else may have an actual solution but I've been using the suggestion in the article below by moving the emails within OWA to strip the problem header.<br />

Here is my issue, &nbsp;my manager uses Entourage to check his emails. He also has an I phone configured with our exchange server and he checks his email there too. The problem is he is not getting some emails on entourage, he gets those emails on his I phone and OWA but not on Entourage. he can still send a receive emails from his entourage.<br />

I have a windows server 2008 with exchange 2007 running on it. <br />

what could be the problem??<br />

Here is my issue,  my manager uses Entourage to check his emails. He also has an I phone configured with our exchange server and he checks his email there too. The problem is he is not getting some emails on entourage, he gets those emails on his I phone and OWA but not on Entourage. he can still send a receive emails from his entourage.
