No. It's not a security issue. I would add this to the problem. When I open the email up, I get the error pop-up: &quot;There is insufficient memory or disk space. Word cannot display the requested font. &quot;&nbsp;There is certainly enough memory and space left on the server. I am so confused.

A couple of users on the Terminal server (Windows 2003) receive HTML emails in blank. However, if they Reply or Forward, the email body shows. Wondering how to fix it. This problem hits me badly. I have restarted the server and I have deleted Normal.dot. No joy. Your help is greatly appreciated.
