I created a flash intro seen here http://www.malacehr.com

But the client is saying that there is a minute+ pause from the time after the movie loads to the time it starts playing. I tested it in Firefox on mac / pc and ie6/7 on my end and it plays fine... so I am trying to diagnose the issue... anyone have some insight?

Plays fine in Safari as well so I am assuming the settings are all correct for streaming and buffering the movie.

I would suggest that this is a bandwidth issue. i.e. your client doesn't have any.

Before breaking apart your files I would try to gauge from your client where and how they are viewing the site and whether anyone else could be using up the bandwidth in the office (if it is an office). Ask them to try it again tomorrow to see if the results are the same and if possible, visit the client to see the issue as you could check the connection speed at the same time.

e.g. they might be viewing it on a laptop using a wireless connection where the signal is very weak.
Or someone else in the office might be downloading a large file or movie.
