I have sales people out in the field that routinely need access to certain files on my file server. What are some options I can use to allow them access.

We utilize Win Ent Server 2003 and Also Exch Srver 2003. I am looking for an option that I can allow access without having them do a VPN or Term sevices.

Any thoughts?
