how to handle an error code c610 on a kyocera km-1810

Im getting an error code of C610 on a Kyocera copier after a power outage. Looking to get the machine reset but after a restart gives the same massage

The C610 error means the following:
C610
Description:
Broken fixing heater wire
" It takes 15 s or more for the fixing
temperature to reach 50°C/122°F
after the power is turned on or the
safety switch is turned off and on.
" It takes 10 s or more for the fixing
temperature to reach 100°C/212°F
from 50°C/122°F.
" It takes 24 s or more for the fixing
temperature to reach the secondary
stabilization fixing temperature from
the primary stabilization fixing
temperature.

Causes:
Fixing heater
installed
incorrectly.
Broken fixing
heater wire.
Poor contact in
the fixing unit
thermistor
connector
terminals.
Broken fixing unit
thermistor wire.

Check procedures/corrective measures:
Check and reinstall if necessary.
Check for continuity. If none, replace fixing
heater.
Check the connection of connector CN11
on the main PCB and the continuity across
the connector terminals. Remedy or
replace if necessary.
Measure the resistance. If it is  ©, replace
the fixing unit thermistor.

When it detects that error it blocks the machine until the tecnhicien unlocks it.
But if there is a problem it will show up again
Do the following procedure only once
if the code comes up again that you have a malfunction:
Note that if if you reset the code several times in a row you may melt the fusing unit of the machine.

Press the stop/reset key, start key
and the left copy exposure adjustment
key in the order presented and hold
them down.

Press the stop/reset key.

Enter the number of the maintenance
item to be executed using the copy
exposure adjustment keys or the zoom
+/- keys.
In this case U163 (163)

Press the start key

The maintenance item is run.

Press the stop/reset key.

Enter 001 using the copy exposure
adjustment keys or the zoom
+/- keys, and press the start key.
To Exit the maintenance mode

Resetting the fixing problem data
Description
Resets the detection of a service call code indicating a problem in the fixing section.
Purpose
To prevent accidents due to an abnormally high fixing temperature.
Method
1. Press the start key. CLE appears.
2. Press the start key. The fixing problem data is initialized.
Completion
Press the stop/reset key. The indication for selecting a maintenance item No. appears
