I am suddenly getting the following error in an ASP page:
A ScriptEngine threw exception 'C0000005' in 'IActiveScript::GetScriptState()' from 'CActiveScriptEngine::ReuseEngine()'.
Happens infrequently after IIS is running for a few days. Restarting IIS service fixes the problem.
This page had been working fine. It uses recordsets to hit a database table. The only thing I have changed is that now the page hits a MySQL database with the ODBC driver rather than SQL Server database table. Nothing else has changed. I put in code to make sure all recordsets were closed because I read that open recordsets could cause this problem. Any ideas?
