Backup Exec. 12

We creating a new server (physical server) on our network which is supposed to replace our old Backup Exec. server and I wanted to know IF theres a way, or best way, to save the settings from our old server and place them into effect in our new server?

Best bet would be to follow the instructions in http://support.microsoft.com/kb/909095 otherwise look at http://seer.entsupport.symantec.com/docs/280710.htm - BE10 but the procedure is bvery similar.
