parse the url to extract a string

i need a function which parses a url

e.g if the url is : http://testweb/p/user/default.aspx?key1=abcd&key2=asdf
or if its: http://www.testweb/p/user/default.aspx 

then I want to extract
1. "p/user/default.aspx"
2. "p/user/"
3. "default.aspx"
4. "abcd", "asdf"

Like which part if you want ...
for example if input is http://testweb/p/user/test1/test/default.aspx?key1=abcd&key2=asdf
what should be the output ?
