There are three primary build methods when using load rules.  They are Generation, Level, and Parent/Child

Generation Counts from the top down
Time, 2009, Q1, Jan

Time is Gen1 also know as dimension root member
2009 is Gen2
Q1 is Gen3
Jan is Gen4

Levels go from bottom up
Jan is Lev0
Q1 is Lev1
2009 is Lev2
Time is Lev3

Parent child is based on a recursive table where you have a Parent column and a child column
Time | 2009
2009 | Q1
Q1 | Jan
Q1 | Feb

This is the second question I have answered correctly that you have given me a grade of "B" on.  Is there something else you were looking for?  If you have additional questions then you should ask and give me the opportunity to clarify and get an "A".

While were at it, let me say that I am not pleased with what I see going on here.  I realize this is a pay service and I like to help people, but I feel you are taking advantage and do not like the idea of helping someone who is obviously cheating.  I don't know if you are taking a certification exam or cramming for a job interview, but either way it is clear you are looking to take the easy way out by not doing the work.  All of the questions you are asking have answers in the product documentation, you are just being lazy and not looking.  I'm not sure what you hope to acheive here.  Let's assume you succeed at fooling someone into believing you know what you are doing - then what?  What are you going to do if you get a job working with Essbase and you don't know what you are doing?  Don't you think that is going to be a problem?  I can tell you that Essbase is complicated and it's not something you are going to figure out as you go, and even if you do, it's not fair to your employer to do it on their dime.

I think you need to take a step back and think about what you are doing.  Everyone has to start somewhere and I love teaching and helping people, but you are not going to get very far by manipulating the system.  You need to take some pride in yourself and your work.  If you are serious about learning Essbase then put in the time to read, study, and learn the right way.  You can't go through your career counting on the goodwill of others to carry you.

I'm going to continue answering some of your questions, mostly because I feel this site does not have enough Essbase content and as others come here looking for answers, I want them to find them.
I actually think you are hurting yourself more by doing what you are doing so I'm going to let you decide whether or not you want to use the answers to pass off as your own or if you choose to use them as a starting point to further your own true learning.  Either way, when I give a correct answer, I expect a grade of "A".
