Microsoft Office Photodraw Version 2

I love photodraw v2, but is there anything similar, but better on the market?

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

If you need it only for your photos and you are not a professional photographer or designer, I'd recommend Picaso:

I thought that even simple graphic editors are better then photodraw - correct me If I'm wrong.
Here is one of them: http://www.getpaint.net/download.html
Anyway, because of your question I want to try it one more time.
