This problem stems from users not following instructions. Apparently deleting the event and recreating it was to much work. So the IT team has to figure another way around it. <br />

Currently we have to create an agent to rename the room information. Then delete or modify the entry on the server. What a pain..

I have a user that is attempting to modify a recurring calendar entry. She can make the changes, but when she attempts to say them she recieves; &quot;An error occured while saving, note item not found.&quot; <br />

She is the Admin Assistant, modifying the calendar for her manager. She can modify and save individual events, but not the whole series. <br />

Does she need security access?
