Here are 2 of the same switches. One web console works the other doesn't.

Switch             Ports               Model              SW Version            SW Image
This version web console works.
SwitchB#    1     52         WS-C3560-48PS      12.2(44)SE2           C3560-ADVIPSERVICESK9-M

This version web console doesn't.
SwitchA#    1           52    WS-C3560-48PS      12.2(46)SE            C3560-ADVIPSERVICESK9-M

Do a show flash on the one that works you will see what I mean.
Nice, just checked.

Do I need a login to download that Tar file?
yes you will need to have the smartnet contract on the profile of your CCO userid to be able to access it
Can I load the working switches IOS to the one not working?

Hey! I got a couple of the tar files for the 3560.

c3560-advipservicesk9-tar.122-35.SE
c3560-ipbase-tar.122-25.SEE

I have about 10 of these tar files. How are they generally named... Like want would ipbase or advipservicesk9 mean?

Thanks!
In the case of these switches, ip base will allow you do to ip routing using static routes, rip or stub eigrp, whereas advipservices will allow you to do ospf and full eigrp as well.  There are other differences but that is the major one that sticks out in my mind.  Most of the time the only time I really need advipservices is when I am running eigrp in the switches.  Basically they are different feature sets.  advipservices has more features than ipbase.
Sweet thanks. This is probably a stupid question but I should verify...

When I download and overwrite the .tar file on the switch will it effect the any current config settings?
Should this be done after hours?

THanks!!!
