Temporarily Disable and Forward Exchange 2007 Account on SBS 2008

Hi there!  Need some help here...

We are running a server with Small Business Server 2008 that includes Exchange 2007.  Here's the question:

Our CEO is leaving on an extended leave and needs to not be bothered with emails and company business for the next 6 weeks.  How do I temporarily "disable" his email account to not receive emails (he will still be using his smartphone and laptop) but rather have his emails forwarded during this time to our "temp CEO" (we need to watch for any business-related messages that could come through)?   I want to be able to do it where we don't lose his account, emails, etc and also I don't have to touch his phone or laptop.  I'm sure there is a way to do this on SBS server.

Please help!  Need to do this ASAP!

Thanks!

You don't need to disable his account...you can forward all email to his address without delivering to his mailbox.

From the Exchange Management Console go to the CEO's mailbox properties > Mailflow Settings tab > select Delivery Options > properties > check "Forward To" and browse to the interim CEO's account > uncheck "Deliver message to both forwarding address and mailbox"

from there all mail will go to the interim CEO until you choose.
