I'm looking for a script I can put into my SSIS package as a ActiveX script for pre-processing a txt file.  I need it to look at a certain path and .txt file then take it and anytime there is a " in the file they replace is with a space.

Here is an article about writing the script you need.

Also, I'd suggest using a regular script task in your SSIS package, and not an ActiveX Script task.  ActiveX script tasks are only there for backward compatibility of packages that were migrated from DTS to SSIS.  Use the new Script Task object, as the ActiveX Script task is going away at some point.
