I might need to talk to Microsoft about this but I figured I'd ask here first. I was thinking that those Server O/S CDs that come with the Action Pack can only be used for evaluation and cannot or should not be used to build a production server. Is this the case? Thanks.

You should always VERIFY anything about licensing with Microsoft.  But, based on my understanding....

Action Pack subscriptions are for Microsoft Partners and are licensed for production use IN THE PARTNER'S BUSINESS.  You cannot use them for a client/resell them to a client, but for your own business, you can use Action Pack licenses for production in your business.

TechNet and MSDN licenses may NOT be used in production.
