Does anyone know if it's possible to remote control a Cisco IP Phone 7945/7965.
We are using CUCM v7.0

I found this link from another solution but the program is old and doesn't seem to work with our combination of CUCM and phones: http://www.voipintegration.com/?s=PhoneRemote

can you describe what you mean by remote control?
Using Unified Presence client, or TAPI client on the PC, you can control the phone, say to dial a number, then pick up the receiver when someone answers. There is also click-to-dial application from Cisco

The program mentioned in the original post basically gives you a picture of the phone and lets you see the screen and press buttons as if you were sitting in front it.
