Exits another method to use to connect the other pc also diove is not instatllato driver?

It's a need to install the MySQL ODBC driver so that we use it as a bridge between your application and the MySQL database, there is no alternatives. However, if you develop your application as Web-based, you NO NEED to install the MySQL ODBC driver on client ends.

You need to request the Administrator to install it for you, it's a Client Side Application Requirement.

Else you may develop your application in web-based as suggested earlier.
