Hi there,

I just install joomla on my computer, a windows based web server, with IIS, PHP5 runinng on it and also MySQL. After some trials I noticed at the bottom of all templates that I can chose from the options an error message saying "PHP Warning: PHP Startup: Unable to load dynamic library 'C:\Arquivos de programas\PHP\ext\php_mssql.dll' ". I have no clue where could be having some misconfiguration. Somebody can help me on it?

copy libmysql.dll from the main php folder to \windows\system32 and see if this resolves the issue.

Once nobody could solve this I did some researching on the internet I could figure out that this error was because a configuration on PHP.ini file. Once this was changed the error the joomla page disapeared. For those that will have the same problem, try it:

Into PHP.INI file, replace this file:

allow_call_time_pass_reference = Off

for this line

allow_call_time_pass_reference = True.

(It allows the PHP accept passing variables by reference).
