Entourage is sending this error message several times an hour.

I do not know why this just started up today because everything has been working fine and nothing has changed. The user can still send and recive email but the the error box is becoming a nuicience. So if any one has any ideas that would be great.

If there is an Exchange server involved in this at all, you may want to reboot that server.  I had made some changes to the DCs on my network recently and hadn't rebooted the Exchange server.  I started to get some messages similar to the screen on the right side of your picture.  I did some research and decided that rebooting the Exchange server might fix things.  I did and it did.

OK I will try it but it will have to wait till the weekend. So I will let you know on Monday if that solved the issue.

The problem has been fixed, I went down and doubled checked the users mailbox and I found a message in the outbox that was causing the issue. My fault should have checked that first.
