problem in installation of tomcat in windows vista?

Hi i want to install tomcat 5.5 in my vista system, It successfully installed, but i am facing a problem while i am opening this server with the option configure tomcat
the problem is: it shows a pop up like Access is denied   Unable to open the service 'Tomcat5'

so this is my problem, so u please try to solve my problem

go to user accounts and turn user account control off you need to reboot your computer after this change and tomcat would start on your startup without any problems
