sharepoint massive import

Hello
i would like to import over 15.000 invoices to  my new sharepoint  server...

Ive alread setup  some "meta tag" like  year ,client code,month

now i would like to  import in  some  massive way  all the imvoices
(that can have also some  "% . , " characters in the name)

Any tools that can be programmed ?
Any code example that i can use ?

this is a tool useful for import/export from/to the file system: http://www.codeplex.com/SPIEFolder
but you have restrictions in naming a file/item: http://blogs.msdn.com/joelo/archive/2007/06/27/file-name-length-size-and-invalid-character-restrictions-and-recommendations.aspx
