Synchronise mY DC to an external NNTP Server

I want to synchronise my Primary Domain Controller to an External time server NNTP, while my secondary BDC take the update from the PDC.
I need the necesary key to modify them in the registry

Are you talking about windows NT? If yes, you can achieve by installing Tardis ( Shareware tool),

Its work as a service/application and connect to Stratum servers to sync time.

by default BDC sync time from PDC, no need to change any settings on BDC.
