I can 't seem to get this elSelect javascript library to work in IE (which is supposed to achieve rounded corner effects for my 3 select dropdown boxes).

Here is my page (note the "Quick Reservation" form in the lefthand column):

http://www.theseagatehotel.com/www.theseagatehotel.com/index.html

It works fine in Firefox 3.5 and Safari 4.0 on the PC - but IE 8 is giving me the following javascript error messages:

Message: 'null' is null or not an object
Line: 32
Char: 3
Code: 0
URI: http://www.theseagatehotel.com.....lSelect.js

Message: Object doesn't support this property or method
Line: 1
Char: 1
Code: 0
URI: http://www.theseagatehotel.com.....vations.js

I know that elSelect DOES in fact work in IE, since I am able to view the demo page in that browser without any problems.

Demo page:

How can I fix this to get it to also work in IE?

Thanks,
- Yvan

I look into source of eSelect you have and there is:

-------------------------------------------------------------------

Stylish Select 0.3 - $ plugin to replace a select drop down box with a stylable unordered list
http://scottdarby.com/

Copyright (c) 2009 Scott Darby

Requires: $ 1.3

-------------------------------------------------------------------

And you are using:

jQuery 1.2.6 - New Wave Javascript

--------------------------------------------------------------------

Can you try with 1.3 version ? :)

I abandoned eselect in favor of a different jquery plugin .. since the support for eselect was so lacking.
