I am trying to put a countdown timer on a website, mainly created using HTML.  Does anyone have any good links/code for a countdown timer that is compatible with HTML code.  Also, i would like this timer to have some formatting.

Did you check out http://www.java-scripts.net/javascripts/Countdown-Timer.phtml? It is easy to configure and extend this script too.
