could anyone tell me how too unzip the folder on filezilla?

i am using filezilla. i have a folder of 10 mb. i f i upload it as a folder , it will take a lot of time to get uploaded.

if i upload the zip, it will take very few minutes and then uunzip it on the server. that would be great.

could anyone tell me how too unzip the folder on filezilla? what i need and where should i write the server commands.

FileZilla does not support that function yet. Until they implement it, you can try http://ftp-unzip.com/ZipDeploy/ 
Or, if you have access to a filemanager via cPanel, etc, you can check if it allows the file to be unzipped. Atleast, the cPanel on my host does.
