How do I setup a standard auto reply for an entire organization

We have a subsidiary company that is closing. They have their own forest and Exchange org, Exchange 2003. How can I setup auto reply for all email stating that the company is closed. I'd rather not go into everyone's mailbox to setup an auto reply. It also needs to reply no matter how many times a person sends the email too, not like the out of office reply which only replies once.

Thanks

If the company is closing, I would be looking to see if the domain name provider has an email solution that can be configured as a catch all. Don't use Exchange at all.

An auto reply that responds to every message is also not a clever idea, as it will cause an email loop - if the user was a member of any distribution lists then the list owner will get pissed off very quickly.
