Hi,

I have a vb.net windows application, that runs in Vista.  The Crystal reports viewer opens up, and the report displays, however, the users can't print.

Thanks

Was the report built on a machine with a default printer assigned?
If not then the report will have the NO PRINTER option checked and all print capability is off

To check
Open the report in teh designer
Click FILE --> PAGE SETUP
Make sure the NO PRINTER option is not checked.

You might also make sure a printer exists on the machine first to make sure Crystal doesn't recheck the option.
I had that happen.  I changed some reports on a stand-alone latop that didn't have a printer driver install.
All reports were changed by Crystal to check the NO PRINTER option.

You don't need a physical printer available on the machine just install a printer driver.
