blackberry BES4.1.6.13 bidirectional calendar synchro issues

The calendar sync seems to be a generalised issue in our enterprise.
I am affraid that every users (45) are experimenting the same problem. All emails are correctly redirected to the blackberry and other handheld devices features seems to work with no reported issues.
We just finished rebuilding our Microsoft Exchange enterprise server 2003 on new hardware.
The problem occured before the migration process was even started.

RECAPITULATION OF THE PROBLEM :
-When creating new appointements from blackberry device, it will NOT show up in the outlook 2007/2003 calendars.
-When creating appointment from outlook 2007/2003 calendars, it WILL show up on the blackbery device.

Could be a permissions issue, what account are you using to run the Blackberry services on the BES?

Also, verify the mapi32.dll and cdo.dll file versions are the same on Exchange and BES.

Apparently the permissions of the BESadmin where making him member of the domain admins which is a definitive security issue.

We will migrate from BES 4.1 to BES 5.0 I will let everyone know how this goes.
Forgive the time of responce, I was caught up in a large scale project.
