How to get Sophos EM Library to push updates to multiple servers

I am trying to test the credentials in Sophos EM Library for pushing updates. We have one server tree in novell and 3 seperate severs under that tree. When I connect with Novell to one of those servers, I can test the credentials with a user account that we had setup in Novell. We setup the same username sweepupd on each server with full permissions to each update folder on each of the servers. The problem I have is that I can only test the credentials for the sweepupd user account for the server I am currently connected to. I want to be able to test the credentials for the other two servers in the tree while only being connected to one server. It works if I log off Novell and re-connect to that server, but then the other two servers I am getting an error. Is there a way to use one account sweepupd to be able to push updates to 3 different servers at the same time? Do I need to have a different Sophos user account on each server, and then specify that in EM Library?

In eDirectory, users are not server specific.  Just give the user equal access to the update folders.
