How do I Print Adobe Reader 9.1 sticky notes?

I receive Adobe documents with sticky notes which I can see....But I can not figure out how to print them, Help! I have chosen the "print documents and markups" still nothing.....

This Document is referencing the full Acrobat product and dose not apply to Acrobat Reader 9.1 as the functions they refer to do not exist in the Reader only. But thanks anyway.
