I have a few users comming up with the similar problems.  They tell me that they cannot digitally sign documents in PureEdge.  There isnt many options or preferences in the programs and i have tried a few things in ActivClient.  The users log on to windows and sign documents/emails with a CAC card.  When in PureEdge trying to insert a digital signature, the window pops up and no signature is present, its just blank.  If i try to reinstall the programs entries in the registry remain there and PureEdge will not open.  About 5 errors occur and it just never comes up.  If i uninstall ApprovIT, PureEdge comes up fine.

What version?

Try this

Copy and paste the libeay32.dll file from C:\Program Files\ApproveIt to the following folders
C:\Program Files\PureEdge\Viewer6.5\extensions
and to
C:\Program Files\PureEdge\Viewer6.5\API\65\System

Or try reinstalling from the "AGMinst.exe" instead of the setup.exe file.  Do not use the setup.exe file.

There also may be a repair option thru "Add and Remove programs" for ApproveIt.

Thanks for pointing out that site.  I actually have that site in my favorites.  Forgot it was there.  Have never needed to reference it before.  Now Im not even sure which fix actually worked because I had to pretty much go throught all of the fixes.  But eventually I did get it to work.  Thank you!
