Well i Figured out how to create transport rules but they are not working as they should emails are still sending and coming to users that Ive excluded VIA the transport rule

I would like give all my users internal email access VIA exchange 2007 but I would also like to allow certain users external email access VIA a security group. &nbsp;Any help would be great. &nbsp;Thanks in advance. &nbsp;We are running full AD network with exchange 2007 standard.
