Outlook 2003 cannot print HTML messages

I cannot print emails in HTML format from Outlook 2003.  no messages appear.  nothing happens.  all other printing works just fine.

If it is all html emails you are experiencing this error with it is most likely a registry issue or a corrupted temp file issue.  First off try the easy part of clearing your temp files.
